This was my first “officially” unofficial party. I wasn’t ever going to post this party because when I look at it I only see the things that I could do better now. But my friend reassures me that she loved it.
A happy birthday banner.

The infamous Marth Stewart tissue balls.

Party perfect tea party treats from Tres Sucre.

The party favors: a chenille cupcake tucked inside mismatched tea cups.

The tea party food.

Cupcakes with the guests’ names stamped on a cookie tops them.

The whole tea party table.

You did a beautiful job!
Beautiful party!!!
I love it!
This is an amazing party, Brittany! You should be VERY proud of yourself. We are our own worst critics….believe me! I look back on some baby things that I made early on, and just think WOW, my technique, sense of color and adventure, etc. have come a long way. It is how we, as crafters, grow….. You are an amazing party planner! P.S. I love the Martha Stewart tissue paper flowers.!!! They are big, bold, and well….just so Martha!
Glorious. No wonder your friend has fond and lovely memories…
gorgeous!
So darling! Great ideas.
I love the banner! Such a cute little party!
Wow, what great ideas! Everything looks just so darn cute! I was thinking of doing a tea party theme for my daughter’s next birthday (in 6 months, lol) and looking at this made me realize that I should start visiting my local thrift store so maby I can score some great finds for a stylish (yet affordable) party. Thanks for all these great posts!
