My daughter is a social butterfly and has to have her entire class come to the party as well as her ballet class, and her outside of class friends! So, last year for her jungle|circus|safari themed 4th birthday, we had about 36 kiddos there. But with a structured system of different stations (a mix of crafts and games), the help of dear friends to keep the kids in order at each station, and a 'short 2 1/2' hour party without opening presents (which is a big thing for me not to do at parties, cause that's when the control is lost) a large party can be easily managed and the kids have a great time!!
