Jenni, That banner was a kit from Martha Stewart. It’s darling, huh! I’m sure you could make something similar yourself. It’s just a fan fold attached on the edges.

Fara: I posted the instructions on how I make my banners here. http://onecharmingparty.com/2009/06/tuesday-tutorial-paper-banner/ I don’t use stencils, but that’s a good idea. I have a die cut machine. Or you could use a Cricut.
How did you make the lacey banner? Are those doilies?
