It’s time to set up the gallery showing for the parents as they come to pick up their child. The parents get to ohhh and awww while the kids show of their artwork. Party guests can play Pictionary and do the frame photo-op while you set up the art gallery showing. We had another wall reserved to hang the artist profiles and another table available to serve the food. Don’t forget to play some fun, artsy music at the party and during the gallery showing. Music sets the mood and always makes a party more fun.

Hooray, we hope you enjoyed this art gallery party as much as we have enjoyed sharing it with you. This party is now available for purchase in our shop.

And yes, all the photos for this party were by Nicole Hill Gerluat. A special thanks to Dusti Ondryas, Megan Dunford, Megan Lewis, and Cristie Mabey.

  5. Only 5 comments thus far on this AMAZING party plan? That’s a crime! Everyone should know about this and be able to delight in your talents! Well done is all I can say! I am fidgeting in my chair with excitement, searching for some way to throw myself this perfectly lovely party! Maybe I’ll settle for my daughter turning 6 in January. :) I just love the colors, the stations, the step by step instructions all laid out in one place and so fun and simple. I could DO this for a gathering of children without feeling overwhelmed. I’m sorry to gush, but really, you deserve it! Beautiful photos, bravo! And the styling and genius are just jaw dropping.

  7. Marie–The Art Party pdf is a zip file. It can by tricky opening a zip file if you’ve never done it. And how you open it depends on if you have a Mac or a PC. If you google it, I’m sure you can get better directions than I can offer :] I just tried downloading the Art Party pdf and it was fine. Feel free to email me if you need more help. xoxo Brittany

  8. This is absolutely the cutest party idea I have ever seen!!! I’m in love and jumping out of my skin right now because I am TOTALLY doing this for my daughter’s 7th birthday!!!! I’m beyond excited!!! I have already made that rainbow cake before and it is easy and beautiful and ties in so well with this theme.
