I make my 4 kids a green smoothie at least 3 times a week. They love green smoothies and would drink them everyday if possible. Okay, the first time they were a bit skeptical. But once they tried it they were hooked. If you think your kids will refuse one of these healthy concoctions, March 17th might be the perfect day to start. After all, food is supposed to be green on St. Patrick’s Day!

Great idea! My older son hates green foods, so that might actually work. My little one looooves green, so he would be thrilled!
What a great way to get our kids their daily fruits and vegetables! Thanks, Brittany!
This smoothie seems so good, I really have to try it! thanks xo
hey!! great drink love it!! another option I always do is called Lemonana, it’s a simple green delicacy, blend some lemonade with fresh mint and some ice, it’s the perfect refreshing drink on a hot day!

I have a teenager that won’t eat any veggies, no matter what color they are! I’ll have to make this on the 17th!
I was surprised when my kids loved the green smoothies too. My 7 year old asks for one all the time. Can’t say no to that!
You’ve just taken care of my St. Patrick’s Day breakfast. Tiny pancakes and green smoothies. My kids LOVE smoothies, but I’ve never served them a green one. Ours are usually pink or orange depending on the fruit. I think St. Patrick’s day is the perfect way to introduce them to an even healthier green smoothie. Thanks for the wonderful ideas and the lovely presentation of them.
like! will have to try it.
This is going to be a must try! Sounds great to me. Thanks for all the ideas.
WOW! That is green! But so healthy I even want to try it!
I will have to report back and let you know if the picky eater in my house liked it.
great idea, so simple.
My daughter had something similar at school and loved it – I need to try making this one! Thanks for sharing.
