What’s a Monster Party without purple ice cream? And this recipe has a secret ingredient. Blueberries! But the best part of this birthday treat is that it’s served in kid perfect portion cups with a chocolate dipped spoon–even adults will go crazy for it.
To make the spoons: Melt chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave. Dip the wooden ice cream spoon half way into the chocolate and then place on parchment paper. Allow to cool in the freezer until ready to use.
Supplies for this Monster Party: green and orange polka dot cups, green candles, and wooden spoons from Sweet Lulu’s; green sprinkles from Michael’s craft store; and number “5″ sparkler candle from Tops Malibu.
