Ohhh, these wavy flags are so fun! Add some excitement to your dessert decorations with cute cupcake toppers.
You will need: colored cardstock paper, lollipop sticks, Mod Podge, 1/4″ wooden dowels
1 – Cut the cardstock into the desired flag size. Apply Mod Podge to the entire inside of the flag.
2 – Fold the cardstock flag around a lollipop stick. Trim the edge of your flag to whatever shape flag you are wanting.
3 – Weave your flag through a lined up line of the wooden dowels to create the wavy shape. You only will need to let each flag sit weaved through the dowels for a minute or so.
You can make the waves tight or loose depending upon how close together you line up your dowels. Top your cupcakes with your wavy flags as soon as the Mod Podge has completely dried.
