Festively wrapped popcorn balls are the perfect party favor for a Halloween Carnival. We used this recipe for the easiest popcorn balls ever, and packaged them up like old-fashioned candy.
TO MAKE: You will need one batch of caramel popcorn shaped into balls. Let cool and harden. Trim the bottom seam off of regular, clear-plastic party favor bags. Slip popcorn ball into the center of the bag and twist-tie both ends shut. Finish by tying on several decorative ribbons.

These look adorable! So simple and easy yet so effective. I am going to put this on my “to try” list…we have a carnival party coming up…maybe a good excuse to try them!
