I don’t know what it is about this year. I want the Christmas season to start yesterday. I’m listening to Christmas music. I keep shopping for new decorations. I’m ready to put our tree up. I’m even making toffee with my mom and sister next weekend. And I’m already planning my Christmas cards. I love these Ultrathick Pinstripe Cards from one of our sponsors, Pinhole Press. Now, to convince my husband that we need them in this design. When do you usually send out your Christmas cards?  Am I starting too early?

  1. i feel EXACTLY like you!! LOL I put up our tree last weekend and this week i’ve been dying to start my Christmas cards (making them this weekend).I love this season. I try and keep it simple so I don’t stress myself out, but i do try to keep it magical as well! :)

  2. Last Christmas my best friend gave me a really nice wooden Christmas card. It is color printed to Maple wood veneer and it folds which is super cool, the inside shows the message and the maple wood grain. I found out that a firm out in Colorado called Unique Custom Products made it. I am considering ordering from them this year…check them out if you like wooden items http://www.stampworldonline.com.

  3. Found you thru Pinterest and wow do I feel better finding so many who eagerly await the holiday season! I am not alone! My 2 year old and I put up the Christmas tree and she and dad assembled the train last week. Planning to cut a small one done for our family room this weekend too. And I am almost done making our Christmas cards….yep I make them…even the envelopes. Won’t mail them though til around dec.1st.

In all fairness, I might have waited a bit as we live in AK, but head back to the East coast for a month for the holidays, so like to enjoy everything Christmas brings as much as we can.
