Bruschetta is a perfect party food — it’s easy to make in large batches and can be made ahead and chilled until party time. Serve along side your favorite artichoke dip and a variety of breads and crackers.

TO MAKE: Begin by slicing the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise and placing in a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and gently toss. Store in refrigerator for up to three days. Serve with a sliced baguette or other breads. This recipe is flexible — make as much or as little as you need.
