Help the littlest of party guests get into the celebrating spirit with this New Years party hat craft. They’ll love decorating their own hats!
You will need: party hat printable (see download button below), ribbon or elastic, hat decorations (such as party fringe, tissue fringe, pompoms, etc.), tacky glue
Print out the hats and cut them out. Glue them into a cone shape. Punch holes on either side and tie on ribbon or elastic. Let kids decorate the hats with the decoration supplies and glue.
