For an Easter Garden Party, carrot cupcakes are a must. These cute cupcakes will please your little guests just as much as the Easter Bunny. The little candy carrots are so easy to make that the kids can help!

You will need: chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting + sprinkles (these are from Trophy Cupcakes), orange dot candy or gumdrops, green edible grass (available at Target), toothpicks, 2-1/2 inch wide clay pots, cupcake seed packet printable, wooden ice cream spoons
To make one carrot: Take an orange dot candy or gumdrop and poke a hole in the bottom with the toothpick. Take a 3-5 inch piece of edible grass and fold it in half. Stick the edible grass in the hole made in the candy. Repeat until you have all the candy carrots you need. Stick the candy carrots in the cupcakes, grass side up, to mimic a little carrot growing in the soil.

To finish the garden effect, place your whole cupcake in a washed and dried clay pot and top with a seed packet label glued on to a wooden ice cream spoon. These little carrot garden cupcakes are a great way to add a little personal touch to store bought cupcakes.
