Decorate for your caramel apple party with this fun and easy yarn tassel garland. Yarn comes in any color, so it is easy to pick the right shade to match your other party decor.
Make as many or as few of tassels as you want. Play with how far apart you place them for a different look.
Making this caramel apple party garland is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
First, wrap the yarn 20 times around a standard index card. Cut the end of the yarn.
Second, carefully slide the yarn off the index card and wrap another strand of yarn tightly around the gathered yarn, 1 inch from the top. Tie it off tightly.
Lastly, Cut the loops at the end to make your tassel. Thread some ribbon or yarn through the top to make your tassel garland.
With Autumn fast approaching, it’s the perfect time of year to host your own Caramel Apple Party.
Your party guests will be so excited when you invite them to your party with Caramel Apple Party Invitations — a candy apple lollipop!
To make the candy apple, trim the stick of a large lollipop to make the stem. Check your local candy store or find them online at Candy Warehouse. To make the leaves, punch 2 inch circles out of the downloadable patterned paper. Get some floral wire and cut it down to 6 inches. Then fold the 2 inch circles in half and glued them on to either end of floral wire. Twist it around the shortened lollipop stick to mimic leaves on an apple stem.

1. Drill a hole into a flat wooden square (the same diameter as the dowel)
2. Cute dowel to desired length
3. Insert dowel into hole and secure with wood glue
4. If desired, paint the dowel and square
5. Let dry
6. On the day of, core apples with apple corer
7. Spritz with lemon juice to prevent browning (although you can’t see it if they do brown)
8. Stack apples onto dowel
9. For the top apple, do not core all the way through, only half way. That way you have a whole looking apple on top
Apple Vase Instructions You will need: apples, flowers, apple corer
1. Create small hole in apple (on top or to the side)
2. Find a small hardy bloom (daisies work great!) and cut stem short
3. Place bloom in hole
A few tips: Create apple vases right before event to keep them looking fresh. Try a brightly painted base or plain wood base. You can use any number of fruits or a variety. Reuse the dowels for multiple parties.
